Approx. 6 years ago I decided to take my notepad half full of ideas to a Senior Copywriter. He liked a few and dissed a few and ultimately hired me. There began my role in convincing people to buy something they do/don’t need. Soon I switched to Havas Worldwide and extended my support while working on Accounts like Microsoft & RB. And then McCann happened. Though I was working in its ‘Digital’ wing and handling the communications made by the brands directly to the consumers/customers, the discussions with the bigshots of advertising over there introduced me to the most exciting world of advertising – awards. Hence, a small but vital section of my portfolio consists of some award stuff.
Right now, I am working with HS Ad India as a Sr. Copywriter and responsibly handling LG Retail/ Corporate, CSR categories. Now, as the hallowed pen itches to script new beginnings, I would like to explore possibilities and associate with new people to further widen my knowledge and potential.
It's been not less than a rollercoaster ride but yes after 6 years been in this business. I can say, I have quite an experience in this sector.
