I have orchestrated and governed digital transformation and award winning experiences for a multitude of different brands from start ups to 100 year old businesses. I have built business and digital strategy to support organisation vision and mission.
Throughout my roles I have directed (and hired) cross functional teams both inhouse and offshore, embedding lean, agile and service design principles to deliver business outcomes. Also produced targeted digital products, seamless, frictionless customer experience and user journeys, removing apathy, driving customer satisfaction acquisition and retention with a better ROI and competitive disruption.
I strive to create meaningful concepts for users, through strategic thinking and pushing the boundaries digitally to ensure that I deliver experiences unique to the digital landscape. I ensure I produce experience’s which are not driven by ego, they are driven by data and research informed decisions
