Starting salary THB 20,000 - 30,000 depending on experience and responsibilities
Managing customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, Email & LINE in a fast and effective manner.
Checking customer delivery addresses, monitoring delivery statuses and returns.
Managing courier calls and inquiries to ensure smooth deliveries for customers.
Following up with undelivered shipments and customer cancellations.
