You’ll be partnering with internal customer-facing teams as the digital expert to help build and execute plans for our B2B “Impulse” channel, leveraging insights to optimize the digital experience across Wholesalers and a broad range of outlets.

Be a Digital consultant to grow our B2B digital business ahead of the market across the entire UK portfolio (Snacks & Nutrition).
Partner with customer teams to accelerate the online commercial performance of customers across our Impulse channel.
Lead digital partnerships with strategic impulse customers – forging a close working alliance with customer digital teams to enhance our joint performance.
Actively partner with UK & European digital teams to develop concepts & initiatives to step-change our online presence & performance – working with customer teams & strategic customers to deploy across the channel
Identify opportunities to enhance eComm execution through internal process enhancement.
Work with customer teams to help build digital growth plans to drive channel priorities, using, promotions, persuasive design techniques, testing, digital marketing and engagement hand in hand with accounts drive growth across the digital estates.
Be an active member of channel leadership teams - Work with and be a key part of these teams to understand their challenges & identify digital solutions.
Partner with relevant business development teams to identify digital leads & closeout white space distribution & commercial opportunities.
Partner with internal & external networks to monitor the competitive landscape of digital Impulse to stay ahead of the competition.
Strong Digital experience with entrepreneurial spirit & can-do approach.
Solid trading experience, understanding all the commercial levers to drive performance (Range, Price, Experience, Marketing).
Strong communication skills to work across multiple internal markets & stakeholders and a wide range of stakeholders across channels, Media & Technology.
Ability to build winning relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.
