About The Job

An exciting opportunity is now available to join Jeanswest as an eCommerce Co-ordinator in our eCommerce team.  Based in our Support Office (in Hawthorn), and reporting to the Digital Manager, you will co-ordinate and assist in the development of Jeanswest’s omni-channel business.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a best-practice e-Commerce website that reflects the Jeanswest brand
Manage day-to-day site search/merchandising to best present Jeanswest product, offers, and promotions to maximise site and product conversion.
Manage and analyse weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve, and achieve team and business KPI’s and improve marketing tactics.
Oversee all products (content and imagery) on the e-Commerce site, managing across the team
Create ad hoc landing pages for digital channels.
Assist in the development of and help execute Jeanswest’s e-Commerce and content strategy to drive sales, engagement, and conversion.
Manage customer queries as required when escalated from the Customer Care Team.
Coordinate promotions and communication with marketplaces.
Manage customer queries and resolutions on marketplaces as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an eCommerce team
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)
Working knowledge of HTML.
Understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Confident in using the Microsoft suite.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to work in high pressured situations and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic retail environment.
