Lead BIAH Thailand Pets E-Commerce strategy to deliver growth ambition in alignment with Pets business strategy. Build a solid digital business model to drive further growth acceleration through digital marketing guidance and innovation.
Based on the current e-commerce & digital assessment, establish Thailand online channel & customer strategy in collaboration with Global PHC team, followed by actionable robust implementation plan.
Lead business collaboration with key E-Commerce retailers (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Launch and improve current e-commerce websites and online channels by driving visibility, discoverability, and promotional activity that is online-shopper focused and aligned to brand plan and retailer strategy, to achieve annual growth target.
Develop and manage the online shopper journey and ensure insights are fed into brand teams. Advice brand teams on traffic driving activity associated with branded online presence, ensure alignment with local digital brand promotion plans.
Digital Capabilities Expansion: define digital competencies required and contribute to building Pet team’s digital capability to enable them to drive high performance in their respective markets.
Monitor major competitor online activities and keep relevant company management aware (platform developments, online pricing, promotion, digital marketing activities). Celebrates and shares best practices/key learnings with relevant stakeholders.
4+ years experience in E-commerce (including transformation, change management and execution) required.
Experience in Customer management experience required.
Experience in FMCG preferred.
Strong written & verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated solid decision making & negotiation skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity and proven track record for innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate and deliver results.
