About The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, hard-working, solution-delivering individual to fill a critical role within a rapid growth eCommerce business.
 The Fulfilment Assistant - Inbound/Fulfilment will oversee the daily management of the inbound operation into our 3PL, working closely with the Fulfilment and Trading team, the wider eCommerce department, the 3PL warehouse.
The candidate will collaborate closely with the wider eCommerce team and third party suppliers to ensure the best solutions are implemented and the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy are maintained.

This is a challenging opportunity for a driven and pro-active individual with excellent communication and organisation skills who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Managing the inbound volumes across Wine, Special Buys and Oversized products into our 3PL warehouse

Working cross functionally across the eCommerce teams to ensure the warehouse capacities are adhered too

Daily communication to monitor and react to daily inbound developments

Investigate any issues highlighted by the warehouse team with a solutions led approach

Maintain a strong working relationship with Corporate Logistics and the Trading team

Provide analysis and reporting on goods in operations

Work between all eCommerce Departments to plan for peak inbound seasons
