Sydney, Australia & NZAn exciting opportunity to join the eCommerce team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a permanent full time role.
As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce Manager in developing and maintaining the online platform. This will involve tracking the performance and supporting future enhancements to improve the customers’ online shopping experience.

The successful candidate will be have a passion for eCommerce and will be an outcome driven individual continuously seeking opportunities to optimise the online shopping experience whilst seeking to drive revenue and conversion. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and improve website content and functionality, whilst using analytical tools to help maximise sales performance.
Ensure website content is accurately uploaded in a timely manner
Conduct frequent website audits to ensure accuracy
Support the manager in driving search optimisation and act as a subject matter expert
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment and execute search optimisation strategies
Analyse and report on customer online experience and retention to increase conversion
Assist in the coordination and implementation of eCommerce projects within deadlines
Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information between key internal and external stakeholders
2+ years’ experience within eCommerce
Knowledge of web design and analytic tools to generate insights
Experience in eCommerce development driving conversion rates and sales
Familiar with website development and digital marketing concepts
Experience in analysing online sales and making recommendations for improvement
Experience briefing and liaising with external agencies
Ability to scope, plan and execute projects
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to deliver high quality work within project deadlines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
