About The Job

The manager of our customer service team will oversee all our brands and focus on developing strategies for customer service responses, Implementing and enforcing policies, and overseeing our team of agents.

Responsibilities

Interacting with customers on various platforms

Managing staff training and rosters

Handling phone calls, emails, etc

Setting goals and KPIs for the team and monitoring team success and customer satisfaction.

Oversee responses and complete audits

Enforce and implement structured brand guidelines

Requirements

Experience in a previous e-commerce customer service enviroment

Skills and experience in problem resolution

Knowledge of all social media platforms

Previous experience in a supervisory role

Advanced written and communication skills

Organisation skills and managerial qualities
