We have a really exciting opportunity at the moment for a eCommerce Data Analyst to join our team in Gatwick. The scope of the role involves providing data and valuable insight to the business informing key decisions and driving our eCommerce business forward. Additionally, this role will support the development and internally drive best in class content.

Management of Data Sources: Working closely with Insight team to minimise time and resource spent on generating reporting and increasing accuracy.
Build internal and external relationships: Be able to build rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders both internal and external within a short timeframe.
eCommerce channel reporting: Complete performance updates both internally and externally, extracting insights from these sources and using them to continually bring opportunities for growth for both the customer and Purina to enable eCommerce Category managers to take to their customers. Provide full reporting and analytics support to D2C team.
Deliver continuous insight using our tool of choice (Edge): Be the business expert in this tool and deliver insights on our content accuracy as well as areas of opportunity.
Support on Ad Hoc Projects - Deliver and manage ad hoc projects as required by Channel Lead.
D2C reporting and Insights - Deliver reports and key insights using 1st party data to win in this priority channel.
Proficient use of Google analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and competent use of Powerpoint.
Use of Dunnhumby, i2C, SelfServe, EYC, IRI and any other data providers.
Ability to create and deliver engaging, useable presentations.
Able to investigate and uncover actionable insight.
Keen to learn and become an eCommerce SME that can be sought after by the wider business.
Professionally curious, always looking to the external environment to improve NPP.
Knowledge of content best practice and desire to lead in this field.
Ability to influence data providers and challenge any drop-in service to ensure business continuity.
