About The Job

We have a great opportunity for an E-Commerce Lead, to join our business. If you have the passion to shape & execute the strategy and to work for a growing business, then this is the role for you.

In this exciting and dynamic role within the Category & Shopper Development Team, your role will be to drive commercial ownership for the E-commerce channel & lead the NW's E-business stream. The E-commerce lead will shape the NW's E-business strategy, building and delivery of the Ecommerce roadmap, as well as building relationships with leading online retailers. Ensuring we influence the E-commerce agenda to drive the profitable growth of the category and NW brands, by ensuring that the shopper is at the heart of what we do. Whilst the role is strategic, it is also critically hands on & you must have a clear understanding & knowledge of Online & Digital.

Responsibilities

Responsible for shaping, implementing and leading the E-Business strategy based on consumer, category, shopper and customer insights.
Work with the cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital & Shopper Marketing ) to set and achieve ecommerce revenue targets and KPIs: Sales, traffic & Shoppers by key Ecommerce customers & develop clear action plan by retailer to unlock the opportunities.
Accountable for building an effective network internally (key Nestle & Nestle Waters stakeholders) and with external key customers to position NW's as a credible and trusted advisor and E-business strategic partner, which focuses on delivering category and mutual growth.
Work with Digital, Shopper and category teams to identify test and learn opportunities and work with the relevant external teams (customer & agency) for tests to go live quickly. Ensuring the insight from the test and learn shapes the future E-commerce strategy and key initiatives.
