The E-commerce Manager will grow e-commerce as a significant income stream at the British Heart Foundation (BHF). You'll work across the whole organisation and play a critical part in shaping the way BHF integrates e-commerce marketing across all its income generation projects. You'll oversee a roadmap of improvements to deliver an excellent customer experience with the aim of achieving repeat purchases and increased customer loyalty.
You’ll be responsible for developing robust strategic plans to maximise sales and profit of the charity’s e-commerce offers whilst ensuring we deliver an excellent customer experience.
You’ll have a proven and successful track record as an e-commerce executive gained in a commercial environment, (ideally retail/e-tail) and in-depth knowledge of the retail/e-tail process from product selection through to fulfilment.
You'll have a strong understanding of digital product development and good knowledge of UX/UI and customer insight practises.
With extensive experience of working in a commercial digital environment, you’ll have a collaborative working style and strong influencing skills able to deliver effective results.
A creative problem solver, you’ll have an awareness of emerging e-commerce trends and industry initiatives. Commercially astute with strong analytical skills, you’ll be able to evaluate e-marketing activities and make recommendations.
