About The Job

The e-Commerce Specialist’s primary responsibility is to sell the Tyro e-Commerce product and service any technical enquires. The e-Commerce specialist will need to foster relationships with both merchants and internal stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes. They will need to ensure the customer is handled with the best of care throughout the end to end experience. As the product expert, you may also be asked to use your e-Comm expertise to up skill and develop team mates.

This role is pivotal in Tyro achieving its e-Commerce transaction targets.

Responsibilities

Main activities

Manage the needs of a portfolio of existing Tyro customers to retain business and minimise churn with an e-Commerce focus
- Generate new e-Commerce business by fostering strong relationships with existing customers Meet and exceed KPIs for retention, time interacting with your customer base, customer NPS, and product lead generation

-Proactively seek to expand their knowledge on Tyro's products and services and stay up to date with any changes Run training webinars and attends conferences and events as a representative of Tyro, where appropriate

-Work with account admins and Account managers to effectively collaborate to resolve requests on multi-product merchants

-Collaborate and service customer support and other internal stakeholder to ensure that day-to-day customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner

-Focus on bringing in high transaction volume e-Commerce merchants with the aim of achieving targets Be a point of contact for knowledge base for other team members

-Attend regular stakeholder meetings and contribute to the development of Tyro’s e-Commerce offering

-Escalate any customer which is deemed to be ‘dissatisfied’ through our IDR process Discuss product features clearly and accurately to clients and stakeholders with various levels of technical experience

 

Requirements

Experience

Account Management or B2B sales experience e-Commerce platform or solutions experience e-Commerce product experience Have an enthusiasm for customer service

-Have a keen attention to detail and follow-up Have excellent time management Build strong relationships both with customers and internally
