As the Four Pillars Website & Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the complete performance, UX and content requirements of our website. With multiple years of experience in enhancing web sales and increasing global site-visitation you will be the proud owner of our digital home.
First, a little about us. Four Pillars Gin has been on one crazy ride since we were established back in 2013, Seven years on, we now have three homes: our original Distillery in Healesville in the Yarra Valley, our latest addition of the Surry Hills Laboratory and cocktail bar in Sydney and our newly designed digital home, fourpillarsgin.com. All this whilst being named the WORLD’S leading gin producer by the IWSC in London for 2019.
Our craft gins can be found in some of the best bars, restaurants, retail stores and home bars in Australia and around the world. They can also be purchased through our website – which is where you come in!
You will be responsible for optimising the functionality and identifying ways to strengthen e-commerce performance and keep this site at the top of its class. You will also be the guardian of our database, execute weekly email marketing campaigns and work closely with our events and trades team to promote our masterclasses and venue bookings. Teaming up with our internal and external resources you will coordinate the digital product release and test the website for its resilience prior to launch.
With your exquisite eye for detail and a passion for craft products and storytelling you will continually plan and implement new content, merchandising and optimise customer experiences and keeping our website up-to-date as a perfect reflection of Four Pillars’ passion for the craft of making great gin and delivering world-class gin experiences. You will educate and engage one-time users and turn them into lifelong Four Pillars fans.
· The role is full time and will be based in Surry Hills, Sydney
· You will have at least 3 years experience in CMS (Experience with WordPress ideal) · Ideally 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce (BigCommerce and or StarShipit ideal)
· Strong email and marketing skills (Campaign Monitor experience advantageous)
· A sound knowledge of current privacy and compliance legislation.
