An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as the Junior eCommerce Manager, reporting to the Head of Direct Sales. As the Junior eCommerce Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing market share for designated beauty care professional brands in the pure play & selective retail market in line with brand positioning and commercial conditions. You will also take the lead role for implementing the new business-to-business e-shop.
Strong data analysis to provide shopper insights to cascade into wider organisation.
Delivering internal KPIs for the UK/Ireland for internal online system (E-shop).
Develop on site engagement (KPIs – dwell time, bounce rate, no of pages visited).
Drive conversion and average order value.
Monitor traffic and identify constant improvements to front end to maximise on site conversion.
Ensure site is operational on day to day basis and reduce down time via careful management / liaison with the regional team.
Utilise system data to shape business thinking and go-to market strategy.
Managing across sales channels to ensure continued growth in online customer base.
Creating, aligning and executing marketing plans on the business E-shop.
Manage system administration – customer onboarding, product availability and promotion creation.
Ensuring Henkel Beauty Care Professional‘s online profile and presence is competitive in the market.
Lead and guide all customers with online media, merchandising and assortment strategy.
Provide visibility of competitor activity.
Customer debt management.
Degree level education preferred.
Beauty care experience preferred.
Technical knowledge and experience of website management.
In depth understanding of the online customer journey for retailers and pureplayers.
Working knowledge of digital tools like SEM, SEO, interactive ads, mobile web, etc.
Overall understanding of sales process.
Strong understanding of how to drive profitability and brand performance online.
Strong prioritisation skills are necessary as multi-tasking is key within this role.
A strategic thinker, with strengths in planning and forecasting.
Fully experienced in all aspects of P & L management.
Excellent vertical communicator & influencer with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Dynamic and self-motivated.
Flexible approach to customer visits & business travel.
